This is an eco-friendly blend of Better Cotton Initiative (BCC) and recycled (PCC) cotton ribbing, an opaque and medium-light weight knit with a rib stitch that looks about the same on both sides. Produced in Turkey for a North American company, this fabric is Oeko-Tex and BCI certified which assures non-toxic fibers, chemicals and dyes and sustainably sourced textiles. It has about 30% widthwise stretch and 10% lengthwise. The color is moss (PANTONE 18-0527). Note the width. This ribbing pairs perfectly with our line of recycled cotton French terry knits and is great for collars, cuffs and hems or for casual separates, knit tops, loungewear, a sweater dress, lightweight cardigan, etc. Machine wash gentle, hang to dry or tumble on low, do not bleach or dry clean.
